In Conan Exiles the Bitter Crinila is harvested from the True Indigo plant.
The True Indigo plant is bright Orange with Blue Berries on them. Harvest the plants using a sicle. They are a pretty normal resource in Jungles and Deserts, close to the water. Harvesting them will drop True Indigo, Plant Fiber, Lunar Hemp, and the Bitter Crinila Plant.
